Every notary is a statesperson. When starting to work in the field of their difficult profession, they take an oath. All of them are extremely competent, attentive and responsible, because in fact they are a kind of the highest guarantee of legality, accuracy and authenticity. On each document that passes through notaries’ hands, they puts their own official seals, and store all copies of those papers in their archives. Thanks to this measure, even in the course of time, if necessary, you can access the necessary document to confirm or resolve controversial issues. Even if the original is lost, a copy certified by a notary will be legally binding.
Notary offices are divided into private and public. According to the current legislation, all notaries, regardless of the form of ownership of their offices, are obliged to charge a fee for services.
Every person who at least once turned to a notary and successfully solved his problem, as subsequently notarized documents confirmed his exclusive right to something, mentally asks him/herself the question of what would have happened if there were no notary, and answers – nothing good... Naturally, each of them is happy that notaries do exist!
